  The guy behind the counter, who is possessed of the most unfriendly manner and a highly unappealing, vaguely unclean appearance, could not have been less helpful or accommodating. I realize times are tough, buddy, but to lay into a customer - who also happens to write a food column for a neighboring town - is just bad business. You think credit cards are bad for the economy?! Try horrendous customer service which precedes mediocre food. I don't know who these people know that keeps them afloat, but there has GOT to be something better Needhamites could get in that spot.
