The notion of quality over quantity could be applicable to Second Saturday Hatboro, the revival of sorts for the arts and entertainment-centered First Friday, which was canceled in January. After two installments of the monthly event brought limited foot traffic and little participation from merchants during the morning hours of the eight-hour Second Saturday Hatboro events, organizers announced this week that the next one - which is slated for July 14 - would run from noon to 6 p.m. As was the case with First Friday, stores, restaurants and businesses host live music, art and cultural events during Second Saturday.
