5 Things: August 22

Be an Angel today.

1. Today is National Be an Angel Day. Do some random acts of kindness today in your community. 2. Today volunteer to drive and deliver meals to homebound Hatboro-Horsham citizens. For just two hours a week, it could help people get their only meals. 3. For some, being an angel might involve doing one's civic duty by being involved in their town's local happenings and government. Hatboro and Horsham councils both meet tonight at 7 p.m.  4. Sarah McLachlan knew the importance of being an angel here on Earth. Every little bit of kindness counts. Here is her song “Angel.” 5. Children are our most precious gifts. Seeing a child hurt hurts us, so Be An Angel to children in need.
