Tom Corbett is under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Philadelphia Police. Sources tell NBC10 that Gerald Gibson, a narcotics officer, has been placed on administrative leave. Police reportedly issued a brief statement about an officer being removed from his duties after a joint investigation by the FBI and Internal Affairs. The officer was not reportedly identified and has not been arrested or charged with a crime. “You’re going to go on a ghost-hunt mission this evening,” said Beth MacCausland to a group of about 16 eager people gathered in the Graeme Park visitors center one night in July. The 42-acre Horsham historical site has found itself the center of local paranormal interest, having hosted monthly public investigations since 2010.
