Police seek puppy thief.
Horsham Police are seeking suspects believed to have stolen a black Labrador retriever puppy from Horsham Veterinary Hospital on Sunday. The 4:52 p.m. theft occurred during a rescue adoption event. Possible suspects were described as a white male, tall and slender with short dark hair in his early 20s, and a white female with long dark hair in her late teens. Possible vehicle description is a full-size Dodge pick-up truck, rust or bronze in color. The vehicle was seen leaving the hospital west on Horsham Road. Then, at 12:33 a.m., this vehicle was reported to be driving in a reckless manner in the area of Easton Road and Moreland Avenue.
