The 2013 Girl Scout Cookie Sale runs from Jan. 17 through March 3. The Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania partner with ABC Bakers for this annual sale. Cookies are $4 per box. $4.00! Holy Moly! Have to really start thinking of it as a charitable donation rather than just 'buying a box of cookies'. The girl's individual troop gets most of the money, though, so it's a good cause. I only buy 1 or 2 boxes of these sugary treats for the family, but will always stop to buy a box of 'Cookies from Home' to send to the troops.   more ›

When people say they are going to make Christmas cookies, they rarely mean just one type of cookie. No, the term Christmas cookie covers a lot of territory, or at least it should.
