Parking for Pretzels
Horsham OKs Philly Soft Pretzel Factory parking lot expansion, sets date for liquor license transfer.
Soft pretzel lovers rejoice! No longer will drivers be unable to find a parking spot when stopping by Philly Soft Pretzel Factory. On Monday night, the Horsham Township Council voted 3-0 to grant preliminary and final land development approval for the company to expand its parking from 15 to 30 spaces. Other improvements include an underground detention basin and storage basin and the addition of a no left turn sign to be installed on the adjoining property. In other business, the council set Sept. 14 at 7:30 p.m. for a public hearing on a liquor license transfer for Lee’s Hoagie House.
