It was constructed in 1811, houses municipal government, as well as the Hatboro District Court 38-1-14. Prior to being used for municipal functions, the building was known as the Loller Academy and was used primarily as a learning academy.

Bux-Mont Meals on Wheels delivers hot and cold meals to residents throughout Hatboro, Horsham, Warminster and UpperMore Moreland communities who are otherwise unable to provide for themselves. The volunteer-run organization bases its cooking operations in the kitchen of Abington Memorial Hospital's Warminster Center. The organization is headquartered in Hatboro's municipal building.
