We just had my little sister's birthday party here, and it was a blast! The staff in the birthday cake room was very friendly, and everything was well organized. Two things I didn't like though: Everything smelled like vinegar in the playroom, and the girls in the playroom were unpleasant. One knew my brother and tried flirting with him the entire time, instead of supervising!

Hi Bridget, I am so glad your sister and her friends had a great time at BounceU! We appreciate your business! After every party the inflatables are wiped down with Clorox wipes, I have a feeling that is what you were smelling in the bounce rooms. Your party hosts follow you from room to room. I am sorry they were not as attentive in the bounce rooms as they were in the party rooms. Let us know what name the party was book under and the date ( I could not find anything under Morawski) so I can talk to the employees who hosted your sisters party and address this situation.
We try very hard to train all of our staff to always take care of our customers!
