Run for Needy Families, See Holiday Movie

HOLIDAY MOVIE SCREENING
Where/when: 
Art at Valley Lake Gallery, 3 Village Road, Horsham, Saturday at 10 a.m. 
Why go: Bring the kids to see "Polar Express."
Cost: Free

KIDS NIGHT OUT
Where/when: 
Making Real Connections, 34 S. York Road, Hatboro, Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. 
Why go: Kids can enjoy snacks, movie, card games, board games, group activities and more during this kids-only night out. 
Cost: Free

FREEZER 5K
Where/when: 
Horsham Township's second annual Freezer 5K run and one-mile walk takes place Sunday beginning at 10 a.m. at Simmons Elementary School, 411 Babylon Road in Horsham. 
Why go: The event raises money to help "fill the freezer" of needy Horsham families. 
Cost: $25 in advance; $30 for day of registration (beginning at 8 a.m.)

YOUNG@HEART CONCERT
Where/when: 
Hatboro-Horsham High School, 899 Horsham Road in Horsham, Sunday at 3 p.m. 
Why go: Performers Young@Heart will help people of all ages look at art and life in a whole new way.
Cost: $20 (free for students)

OPEN AUDITIONS
Where/when: 
Village Players of Hatboro, 401 Jefferson Ave., Hatboro, Sunday at 3 p.m. 
Why go: You could be cast in the Village Players of Hatboro's upcoming drama, "Doubt."
Cost: Free
