Haunted Photo Scavenger Hunt, Pumpkin Painting, Fire Safety

From Halloween-themed events to fire safety programs, benefits and more, there are plenty of things happening this weekend in Hatboro and Horsham.

The weekend is coming, do you have plans yet? Here's a look at what's happening in Hatboro and Horsham:

HAUNTED PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT
Where/when: Miller Meadow, Horsham and York roads in Hatboro, Saturday beginning at 6 p.m. 
Why go: Join a team and search, along with the Sisters of Ghost Hunting, for the spookiest photos. 
Cost: Free

HORSHAM DOG PARK PARTY
Where/when: 
Kohler Park, 1013 Horsham Road (dog park is located within the park), Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
Why go: Costume contests and carnival-style games for four-legged friends.
Cost: Free

PAPER CRAFTING CROP
Where/when: Kathy Davis Gallery, 303 Horsham Road, Suite E, Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Why go: Work independently alongside other crafters, tour Kathy Davis Studios and enjoy lunch, which will be provided.
Cost: $15

FIRE COMPANY OPEN HOUSE
Where/when: 
Horsham Fire Co. No. 1, 1023 Horsham Road, Horsham, Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
Why go: Take a tour of the station, look at truck  displays and demonstrations and enjoy free food.
Cost: Free

YMCA MINI OPEN HOUSE
Where/when: 
Hatboro Area YMCA, 440 S. York Road, Hatboro, Saturday at 11:30 a.m. 
Why go: Check out demonstrations focusing on youth exercises and family yoga.
Cost: Free

PUMPKIN PAINTING
Where/when: 
In front of KP Kitchen Crafts, 222 S. York Road, Hatboro, Saturday at 1 p.m. 
Why go: Kids can pick apples, try for prizes and decorate pumpkins. 
Cost: Free

BLACK TIE BALL
Where/when: 901 Horsham Road in Horsham, Saturday at 6 p.m. 
Why go: Enjoy cocktails, dinner, live entertainment, raffles and more as part of a fundraiser for the Love4Liam Foundation to benefit research for children who are born with neurological issues, like the founders' son, Liam, who died last year.
Cost: $40 per person
