Girls Kick Cancer, Meet the Candidates, Network

See what's happening this week in Hatboro and Horsham.

  • The Union Library of Hatboro, 243 S. York Road in Hatboro, will host a business and community networking event on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
  • The Hatboro Republican Organization is holding a meet the candidates event on Tuesday at Hatboro Dish, 102 S. York Road. The meet and greet features Republican candidates for Hatboro Borough Council, mayor and the Hatboro-Horsham School Board. Click here for more details.

  • The Lady Hatters senior night soccer game will recognize the seniors as they play their last game of their high school career. The game, against Central Bucks West, will be held on Wednesday beginning at 5:30 p.m. Click here for more details. 
  • The Keith Valley Middle School girls soccer team will kick cancer Tuesday during the team's annual pink game, which will raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Click here for more details. 
  • The Greater Horsham Chamber of Commerce will hold a lunch bunch networking meeting at the gym, 400 Horsham Road in Horsham on Wednesday at 11:45 a.m. Lunch will be provided by Bryn & Dane's, which is located within the club's cafe area. Click here for more.
  • Hatboro Borough Council will meet on Monday at 7 p.m. for its committee meeting. The governing body will discuss the Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce's request to install decorating lighting on York Road, as well as stormwater upgrades planned for Station Park, 330 S.   • The Horsham Land Redevelopment Authority (the entity tasked with overseeing the redevelopment of Willow Grove air base) will meet on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Horsham Township municipal building, 1025 Horsham Road. An agenda has not yet been posted.
