Lacrosse: Boys Remain Undefeated in Conference Play

The Hatters beat Central Bucks South by a score of 10-3 to remain undefeated in conference play. Jimmy Murphy (3 goals, 2 assists), Zach Erwine (2 goals), Connor Kreston (2 goals), and Jimmy Durkin (2 assists) led the Hatters offensively. Ryan Higgins, Steve Palo, and Ben Cellini all scored 1 goal apiece.

Steve Palo dominated on face-offs, allowing Hatboro-Horsham to gain a big advantage in time of possession. Marc Poust (15 saves on 18 shots) was outstanding in goal, along with great defensive efforts by Jake Cresta, Matt McPoyle, TJ Keleher, Ryan Moore, and Jack Lavery. Matt McPoyle and Jimmy Murphy led the team in ground balls with 4 each. The Hatters are back in action Thursday afternoon as they travel to conference rival, Central Bucks East for a 3:30 p.m. SOL Continental showdown.
