Schools Out Kids' Triathlon

Children age 6-14 will participate in a swim-bike-run race in the 6th annual "School's Out! Kids' Triathlon" in Horsham to raise money for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.  A dedicated team of volunteers created this fun and inspirational race to reinforce the importance of being active, staying fit and supporting the community. “We are so proud of what we’ve accomplished with this event,” shares race director, Tracy Frary, who founded the School’s Out Kids’ Triathlon in 2007. “One of our 6-year racers is a cancer survivor who was treated at CHOP. This will be his last race with good reason - next year he'll be too old to participate.” The event has sold-out every year, with racers representing New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Over 300 youth athletes and another 500 enthusiastic spectators are expected to participate.
