Baseball: Hatters Fall to CB West

The Hatboro-Horsham High School baseball team lost its last game to Central Bucks West on Monday.

The Hatboro-Horsham High School baseball team (9-11 overall, 6-8 SOL Continental) lost its final game of the season 5-3 to Central Bucks West. The Hatters got on the board first as they scored 3 runs in the bottom of the second inning on back-to-back homeruns by senior Ryan Kelly and sophomore Kevin Barron.

Senior starting pitcher Zach Prendergast sailed through the first five innings without allowing a run. However, with two outs in the top of the sixth inning, the Bucks had four consecutive hits to take a 4-3 lead. They added another run in the top of the seventh inning against reliever Tyler Markovic to take a 5-3 lead.
