When and how did your business get started?
Denny's Dogs opened in February 2013 after a lifelong dream that began 40 years ago with a family trip into the city and a stop at a small hot dog cart. The business was born from a passion for hot dogs, coupled with a desire to bring the joy of family moments, great food, and the nostalgia of childhood to the area in which the proprietors grew up.

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?
The family has always been a part of the area, having grown up in warminster and Hatboro and residing in Warrington now. Keeping things local, and tied to the community that has always been part of the families life. Hatboro is a great town with a small town vibe that offers the nostalgia and comfort that goes along with the ideas behind the vision for the business.

What products or services are most popular?
Denny's Dogs is best known for great hot dogs with all kinds of toppings and the homemade chili that comes from a family recipe, made fresh by Denny himself. Denny's Dogs is also known for the laid back atmosphere, classic 1950s decor and great customer service.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?
Denny's dogs is truly a passion project based on family. From start to finish it has been very family oriented. The passion for hot dogs themselves came from a memory of family that meant a lot to Denny. The Denny's Dogs family has been involved in the business since day one with all the menu items and decorating being done by Denny, his wife and children. The logo was even designed by Denny's son. The family is involved in every decision and every aspect of the business, which lends itself to the idea that family is key, and points toward the days of old where most businesses were small and run by local families.
