The hope is that by opening the post-prom event to the general public, those who come out to see what's involved will be inspired to keep the party going in future years. Post-prom plays an important role in ensuring that high school students stay safe on prom night, an evening that can sometimes lead to poor decision-making as students seek out ways to continue celebrating after the prom has ended.

Hatboro-Horsham's post-prom party is sure to offer something for everyone. Those who want to remain active can play volleyball, basketball, dodge ball or laser tag, while others can relax with massages, airbrush tattoo stations and a movie room. Food will be available throughout the evening, as well chances to win raffle prizes like TVs, iPods, laptops, mini-fridges and gift cards.
