H-H High School Graduation Set for Monday

Commencement to be held at Hatters Stadium.

will hold graduation ceremonies on Monday at 6:30 p.m. in Hatters Stadium, weather-permitting.

Students will be given three tickets, which can be used for indoor seating in the gym if it rains the day of graduation. In the event of an indoor ceremony, live graduation coverage will be broadcast on HHTV (Channel 28 on Comcast and Channel 33 on Verizon).

According to a press release provided by the school district, 435 seniors will graduate at this year's ceremony. Of those, 92 percent plan to go onto post-secondary education - 70 percent to four-year institutions and 22 percent to two-year institutions. The average GPA for the class of 2011 is 3.1 and the average SAT score is 1,700.

This year's valedictorian is Kate Hentschel and salutatorian is Jonathan Coombs.
