Horsham Rotary Donates $75K for Kohler Park
Horsham Rotary Club donates $75,000 to Horsham Township Parks and Recreation for the revitalization of Horsham Township's oldest park - Kohler Park.
Recently, Horsham Rotary President Steve Fisher and other officers and members of Horsham Rotary, gathered at the township building to present Horsham Township Manager Bill Walker with a $75,000 check for Kohler Park.
Kohler Park has been in need of renovations and Horsham Rotary stepped up to the plate last year. Led by last year's President Rick Kidron, they promised $75,000. Since then, virtually all fundraisers held by the Rotary have been directed towards Kohler Park.
In addition, there was a large fundraising effort with community businesses and individuals beyond the events the Rotary normally holds.
