What Are Your Burning 'Drone' Questions?

Officials are holding a press conference Friday in Horsham to discuss the establishment of a remote piloted aircraft facility.

Since the federal government's announcement earlier this week that a drone command center would be in operation at the Horsham Air Guard Station later this year, commenters have debated, in more than 70 comments, its pros, cons and voiced concerns.

On Friday, officials are holding a press conference at the Easton Road facility in Horsham to discuss the remote piloted aircraft addition, which is expected to bring 250 new jobs to the region.

Once operational, the drone command center would allow Air National Guard personnel to fly planes overseas from their location in Horsham Township.
