Police Report Drunken Ruckus at Rep. Murt's Office

A 57-year-old Roslyn man was cited for public drunkenness after authorities said he showed up at State Rep. Tom Murt's Hatboro office drunk and disruptive. 

Mark Raysinger, of the 1100 block of Easton Road, was "argumentative and disruptive in the office" during a visit to the South York Road office on Aug. 9 just before 11 a.m., according to the crime log. 

Upon responding to the disturbance, police said Murt's office staff were standing in front of the building and as police approached, pointed to a white male subject who was at the intersect¡on of York Road and Moreland Avenue identifying h¡m as "Mark."

The man, later identified as Raysinger, was reportedly believed to be highly intox¡cated, police said. When police approached him at the intersection of York Road and Moreland Avenue, Raysinger's eyes were glassy, his speech was slurred and he was drooling, police said. He had a very strong odor of alcohol on his breath and person, according to police.
