Horsham Honors Retiree

The Horsham Township Council recognized the retirement of Deputy Tax Collector Barbara DiNapoli.

In her 10 years with Horsham Township, Barbara DiNapoli has seen and heard it all.

"She has a knack to talk to upset taxpaying residents," Horsham Township Manager Bill Walker said. "She’s heard it all in her career here. There are a lot of people in different financial situations and she handled all of them."

On Wednesday night, the council honored DiNapoli–who started as a township receptionist in 2003, taking on the position of deputy tax collector in 2006–for her decade of service.

The governing body presented DiNapoli with a plaque for her retirement.
