Hatboro, Horsham Properties Up For Sheriff's Sale
Hundreds of properties in Montgomery County, including a dozen in Hatboro and Horsham, will be on the block for Wednesday's monthly sheriff's sale.
More than 500 properties are on the list for the Montgomery County sheriff's sale on Wednesday, including 12 in Hatboro and Horsham.
The sale starts at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgomery County Court House in Norristown.
Each buyer must have a minimum total bid available for each property to sell, and the winning bidder must have 10 percent of the sale price at the auction; the remaining portion is due within ten days of the sale.
