Hatboro has declared a snow emergency, to go into effect at 11 p.m. Sunday.
During snow emergencies, parking is prohibited on snow emergency routes. Additionally, cars traveling on roads in the borough must have snow tires or chains.
The borough may impose additional parking restrictions as needed, depending on conditions, officials said..
