Meeting on Limekiln Pike Bridge Project

PennDOT officials will be holding a meeting on Dec. 15 at 7 p.m. at , 1025 Horsham Road, to discuss the .

PennDOT officials there are two options:

1. Rehabilitate the existing Route 152 bridge in 2012 with construction starting in the early spring and finishing in the late summer/early fall; and develop a project and program construction funds on the region's Transportation Improvement Program to improve the alignment at the bridge and the roadway approaches, with construction being approximately three or more years away depending on funding.

2) Keep the bridge in its current one-lane state and proceed with developing plans for addressing the bridge and the roadway approaches and work to program construction funds on the region's Transportation Improvement Program, with the start of construction being approximately three or more years away depending on funding.
