Horsham Zoning Hearing Board

The Zoning Hearing Board was originally created in 1939 and was formerly known as the Board of Adjustment. It comprises three residents and is a quasi-judicial body. The Board has the power to grant variances to the zoning code. In addition, it hears applications for special exceptions as provided in the zoning code.
