Accidents Cause Injuries, Delays in Horsham

Police, EMS and fire crews responded to three accidents in Horsham in less than 12 hours.

Two vehicle accidents on Easton Road - one late Sunday night, one Monday morning - required fire crews to respond to assist Horsham police and EMS crews. Another accident occurred at Limekiln Pike and Horsham Road Monday morning and was less serious in nature.

A collision that left at least two cars damaged occurred at the intersection of Easton and Horsham roads Sunday evening just before 11 p.m. Fire, ambulance and police units responded to the accident. Southbound Easton Road was closed until about midnight, according to reports.

Several hours later and just up the road, a multi-vehicle accident on Easton Road just past Maple happened at about 7:25 a.m., Monday, according to a breaking news alert. Horsham firefighters were dispatched to help rescue a subject who was trapped after the crash. At least one person was transported to the hospital.

A less serious accident was reported on Limekiln Pike near Horsham Road shortly after daybreak Monday, the county department of public safety confirmed.
