Alleged Suspect in Warminster Shooting in Custody

Jose Delgado faces several charges including discharging a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Police say a man who allegedly fired off several shots inside a County Line Road eatery Friday morning has turned himself in.

NBC10 reports Jose Delgado, accompanied by his lawyer, surrendered to Warminster Police last night.

Delgado faces several charges including discharging a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail.

Warminster Police Chief Mike Murphy said Delgado, the former owner of MamaJuana’s Kitchen, entered the restaurant just after 10 a.m. Friday morning and fired four shots from a semi-automatic hand gun at the current owner before fleeing the area.

A preliminary hearing before Magisterial Justice Daniel Finello is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 1.

People do know however that their are serious issues with people from lots of eastern european countries. Also, in order not to take up too much space I will start saying white people. My point is,you and people like Joe Arpaio aren't asking white people to show their papers. And THAT is racial profiling. Its people like YOU who wiilingly sacrificed their freedoms to atrocites like the Patriot Act.THAT is the ultimate hypocrisy! How can you call people who want everyone's rights to be respected-and take action toward that end by confronting it when they come into contact with it like I'm doing-how is this complacent? Your last comment proved my entire point. So thank you for proving my point.

Don't "feel sorry" for me. I merely reacted to the knee jerk racist reaction showed by Kathleen and Jared. Now that you mention it though,I am immensely proud of the way the situation was handled by the schools in the area-yes you,Centennial! The schools were locked down in the event that anything might happen there. I have a child at McDonald Elementary. I was worried about how he'd feel given the Sandy Hook tragedy having taken place so recently.but our school district handled this incident wonderfully. My child was not at all traumatized when he came home,he told me there'd been some kind of drill so they learned how to stay safe just in case...at least thats how he understood it. Given the horror at Sandy Hook and the fear in it;s wake,I am very proud of how all of the educators, police and everyone else involved handled the situation and kept our children feeling safe. FACT. Having acknowledged that I do not understand your hostility with people who read this article, arrived at the comments section, and were taken aback by the first comment, which is in and of itself offensively racist. Confronting someone in a forum such as this, whichis here for this very reason is hardly immature. Other than that I appreciate your information about this notification system.

Tom,looking or BEING Hispanic is not illegal, and plenty of people have beards. We do not live in a communist country where it is normal to demand people's papers because you don't like the looks of them. I'm sure you can find a place like that to move to if thats what you want to live like.

Spin it? I don't understand what you mean. A single incident you know next to nothing about. Where does this "spinning" come in? And what does it have to do with the people involved not being white? Why does it even matter to you at all what race the involved parties are?
