State Police Make 10 DUI Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between July 19-27, made the following DUI arrests:

  • On July 19 at 1:11 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 26-year-old male from Levittown, was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI charges.
  • On July 20 at 8:28 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, a 38-year-old male from Bensalem, was found to be impaired and faces DUI charges.
  • On July 21 at 12:40 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, a 31-year-old man from Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges.
  • On July 21 at 11:54 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, a 60-year-old male from Levittown was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges.
  • On July 22 at 1:20 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, a 34-year-old man from Carlstadt, N.J., was found to be impaired and faces DUI charges.
  • On July 22 at 1:50 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle at a DUI checkpoint at the Cornwells Heights Park and Ride. The driver, a 56-year-old female from Croydon, was found to be impaired and faces DUI charges.
  • On July 22 at 2:34 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle at a DUI checkpoint at Route 63 eastbound ramp to I-95 northbound in Bensalem. The driver, a 25-year-old male from Croydon was arrested for DUI.
  • On July 23 at 4:54 a.m., state police found a 25-year-old Hulmeville woman sleeping at the wheel of her vehicle at the Exit 40 off ramp of I-95 to Route 413. She was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.
  • On July 26 at 2:16 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 23-year-old female from Croydon, was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.
  • On July 27 at 2:32 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at Street Road, Bensalem. The driver, a 22-year-old female from Hamilton, N.J., was found to be impaired and faces DUI charges.

Thats a great job ...someone could have been seriously hurt or even killed just because dumb people wanna drink and drive ...good job Pennsylvania state troopers

The police still report the names, but sometime in DUI cases the test results after arrest do not indicate drunkenness, or the arrest is overturned or even a conviction can be expunged. For those reasons, Patch now withholds names unless all the information on each case is available or the circumstances warrant it.
