A 49-year-old Warrington man faces driving under the influence charges stemming from a crash in Horsham Township.
Teran Perez Cruz was arrested on Saturday and charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license and careless driving.
Horsham Police officers responded to a reckless driver complaint, and located a Ford Ranger pickup truck at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Easton Road following a minor collision, police said.
Cruz was the truck's driver, according to police.
He appeared unsteady on his feet, struggled to keep his balance, and displayed other common signs of intoxication, police said. Cruz was taken into custody to test the blood alcohol concentration in his breath. While processing Cruz at the police station, a warrant was confirmed out of Bucks County for a prior arrest.
He is being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 bail and awaits a preliminary hearing on Jan. 7.
