Horsham Resident Suffers Burns

The man was burned and had to be sent by helicopter for treatment.

A Horsham man sustained burns on his face and hands Thursday night and had to be airlifted for medical treatment, a fire official said.

The man, whose name was not released, was burned at his home on County Line and Park roads, and was taken by helicopter around 8:45 p.m.,  Chief Tim Flanagan said. The big concern, Flanagan said, involved inhalation issues.

Flanagan would not say where the man was being sent for treatment, or what caused his injury.
