Police seek puppy thief.

 are seeking suspects believed to have stolen a black Labrador retriever puppy from on Sunday. 

The 4:52 p.m. theft occurred during a rescue adoption event. Possible suspects were described as a white male, tall and slender with short dark hair in his early 20s, and a white female with long dark hair in her late teens. Possible vehicle description is a full-size Dodge pick-up truck, rust or bronze in color. The vehicle was seen leaving the hospital west on Horsham Road.

  • Angelica Rosas Sierra, 39, of the 2100 block of Lisa Drive, was arrested Tuesday at 12:33 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence, hit and run, careless driving, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct. At 9:43 p.m. the night before, officers responded to the 400 block of Blair Mill Road to take a report of vandalism to a building and a motor vehicle. While investigating this incident, a suspect and the suspect's vehicle were identified. 

Then, at 12:33 a.m., this vehicle was reported to be driving in a reckless manner in the area of Easton Road and Moreland Avenue. The vehicle struck an unoccupied parked vehicle in the 400 block of Blair Mill Road. Sierra was identified as the driver of the vehicle and the person who was involved in the prior incident.

  • Oscar Herrera-Aguirre, 28, of the 1200 block of Horsham Road, was arrested on Monday at 5:56 a.m. and charged with DUI following a single vehicle crash between a vehicle he was driving and a home near the intersection of Park Road and Davisgrove Road. No injuries and no substantial damage to the home were reported.
  • Daniel Devine, 54, of the 100 Block of California Road, Quakertown, was arrested on Friday at 2:08 p.m. and charged with public drunkenness at a public park located on Horsham Road.
