Horsham Police cited three individuals this weekend for alleged alcohol-related offenses.
- Joseph Hughes, of the 500 block of Dresher Road, On Sunday at 8:48 p.m. was cited for public drunkenness after police said he was observed in the parking lot of a gas station near the intersection of Easton and Meetinghouse roads visibly intoxicated.
- Alyssa Beisel, 18, of the 200 block of Running Water Court and Carol Modesto, 18, of the 700 block of Alicent Place, McLean, Va., were cited for underage drinking on Friday at 11:37 p.m. after police responded to the 200 block of Cottage Avenue for a noise complaint. Police said Beisel and Modesto were found at the residence where the noise was originating from. Modesto was also cited for being in possession of fraudulent identification.
