A Horsham man is facing driving under the influence and related charges stemming from a crash.
James Joseph Olsen, was arrested on Sunday and charged with DUI, public drunkenness, and other traffic offenses stemming from a car crash near the 500 block of Norristown Road.
Olsen was traveling north on Norristown Road and he drifted into the south bound lane, striking another car, according to police.
He appeared unsteady on his feet at the accident scene and there was an odor of alcohol on his breath present when he spoke, police said. Olsen was taken into custody after he failed basic sobriety tests at the scene, according to police.
Olsen was taken to the Upper Moreland Police station for a test of his breath, which, according to police, revealed a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.
