Horsham Man Admits to Sharing Child Porn Videos

Sergio Guevara admitted to downloading and sharing explicit videos depicting young girls engaging in sex acts.

A 43-year-old Horsham pleaded guilty to downloading and sharing dozens of videos depicting girls as young as 12 years old engaging in sex acts, according to Phillyburbs.

Sergio Guevara, of Inverness Drive, was scheduled to have a pre-trial conference on Monday morning related to the 25 counts of child pornography and related offenses that he was charged with earlier this year.

Instead, Guevara–who was accused of using a computer file-sharing network to download and share 31 pornographic videos and sexually explicit photos involving children–accepted a plea bargain.

The prosecution, in exchange for his guilty plea, agreed to limit the recommended jail time to an 11½-month maximum on each of the charges, according to Phillyburbs.

According to court documents, when his home was searched in January, Guevara told a family member, “you guys don’t deserve this, I do stupid things with computers.” Guevara later told his daughter, according to authorities, “I have a stupid problem, I’m gonna probably go to jail for it.”

Guevara is awaiting sentencing.
