Horsham Heroin Dealer Pleads Guilty

A Horsham man whose home was used to deal heroin will serve time in jail and must testify against his alleged cohorts.

A Blair Mill Road resident whose home was used to sell heroin was sentenced to a maximum of 23 months in jail, according to a phillyburbs.com article.

Raymond Giordano, 42, of Horsham, was one of three men arrested in February after Montgomery County Drug Task Force officers from Horsham, Hatboro, Upper Moreland and Cheltenham police departments executed a search warrant at Giordano’s home in the 30 block of Blair Mill Road, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

During the search, authorities found heroin bagged for distribution, as well as U.S. currency.

Giordano, who pleaded guilty to the charges, was sentenced to nine to 23 months in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility and three years of probation for felony drug dealing and conspiracy, according to phillyburbs.

He must testify against his alleged drug-dealing cohorts, Francisco Cintron, 29, and Israel Martinez, 27, both of Philadelphia. Cintron and Martinez are both in prison awaiting trial.
