Hatboro Police Make Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

A Hatboro man allegedly had five hypodermic syringes in his possession.

The following information was provided by the Hatboro Police Department.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Aaron D. Covey, 33, of Hatboro, was arrested on Aug. 14 at 12:29 a.m. and charged via summons with possession of drug paraphernalia after police allegedly discovered him sleeping on a bench at the intersection of York Road and Williams Lane with five hypodermic syringes – which are used for the purpose of ingesting heroin - in his possession.

Warrant service

Angel C. Diaz, 29, of Hatboro, was arrested on Aug. 10 at 11:30 p.m. on a Montgomery County bench warrant when an officer on patrol allegedly observed her involved in a disturbance in the area of York Road and Moreland Avenue.  Diaz was released to the custody of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.
