Police arrest wanted man, search on for stolen back-hoe

  • On Feb. 13, at approximately 4:16 p.m., police arrested Michael J. Leeland, 20, of Hatboro on a Bucks County bench warrant for probation violations. At the time of his arrest, Leeland was walking in the area of York Road and Moreland Avenue. He was released to the custody of Bucks County Sheriff’s Deputies.
  • On Feb. 11, at approximately 10:54 p.m., officers, upon responding to a report of a suspicious subject in the area of Pennypack Elementary School on Spring Avenue, cited Joseph T. Bosack, 44, of Hatboro, for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct; and Mark J. Bosack, 50, of Hatboro, was charged via summons for harassment, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
  • On Feb. 9, at approximately 9:33 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of Jacksonville Road. Christine E. Michael, 44 of Warminster, and Robert E. Rossman, 52, also of Warminster, were both cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
  • On Feb. 6 at approximately 11:04 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 20 block of North Penn Street. As a result of the investigation, Joni R. Kirzgavis, 47, of Pottstown, was cited for harassment.
  • On Feb. 1, at approximately 9:43 p.m., officers responded to a report of a suspicious person causing a disturbance in the 500 block of North York Road. Upon further investigation, police cited Helber Deleon, 35, of Hatboro, for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. 
  •  On Feb. 1, the owner of a construction back-hoe reported it was stolen while parked in the 300 block of South Warminster Road. The back-hoe, a Case 580L Extenda Hoe, has an estimated replacement value of $35,000.
