Fire Tears Through Easton Road Garage

No one was injured in a fire that badly damaged a garage behind a business in Horsham Tuesday night, officials said.

A fire started in a SUV just before 10 p.m. Tuesday and spread to the garage it was housed in behind Ben-Tor Auto Sales at 732 Easton Road in Horsham.

The blaze destroyed the gray SUV and left the three-car garage with heavy damage, according to Chief Tim Flanagan.

"I wouldn't say [the garage] was totally destroyed, but it will need a lot of repairs," said the chief.
