DUI Leads to Horsham Crash, Police Say

The crash occurred early Sunday morning at Double Visions in Horsham Township.

A Hatboro man who allegedly drove without a license while intoxicated caused a two-vehicle crash, according to Horsham police.

Fabian Ramos Cruz was arrested and charged early Sunday morning with Driving Under the Influence and operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license following a two-vehicle crash at Double Visions in the 1100 block of Easton Road in Horsham Township. 

Horsham Police told Patch that there were no injuries as a result of the collision.

Police said Cruz exhibited signs of intoxication, and was unable to perform basic sobriety tests following the crash.
