Alleged Horsham Thieves Face More Charges
Ryan Wiley, 23, of Doylestown and Phillip A. Prokop, 38, of North Wales, who were charged last month with jewelry thefts in Horsham Township, have been charged in connection with three jewelry store burglaries in Bucks County.
A month after Horsham Township police charged two men in connection with a jewelry store robbery, the Newtown Township police have charged the same pair with a string of jewelry store robberies.
Ryan Wiley, 23, of Doylestown and Phillip A. Prokop, 38, of North Wales have been charged with 30 felonies involving multiple charges of burglary, criminal trespassing and receiving stolen property, for jewelry store thefts in September and October at Bernie Robbins Jewelers and Mayfair Jewelers in Newtown Township, Bucks County, according to a report published on phillyburbs.com.
In Ocotober, Wiley and Prokop were arrested by Horsham Township police for an Oct. 17 burglary at Jems, Jewels and Gold in Horsham Township.

Police believe the men also robbed a dozen other jewelry stores in the region.
