Admitted Heroin Dealer Sentenced to Prison

A Philadelphia dealer who was working out of a Horsham home will serve time behind bars for his role in the drug-dealing operation.

A Philadelphia man who admitted to being in cahoots with a Horsham-based drug-dealing operation will serve time behind bars, according to The Intelligencer.

Francisco Cintron, 30, of Rosehill Street in Philadelphia, received a sentence of 11.5 months to 23 months following his guilty plea to felony charges of heroin dealing and conspiracy, according to the newspaper.

Raymond Giordano, the owner of the Blair Mill Road home in Horsham where the heroin-dealing operation was based, pleaded guilty in July and is serving a maximum 23-month sentence.

A third alleged co-conspirator, Israel Martinez, 27, of Philadelphia, is awaiting trial.

The alleged drug-dealing operation was brought down on Feb. 6 when Montgomery County Drug Task Force officers from Horsham, Hatboro, Upper Moreland and Cheltenham police departments executed a search warrant at Giordano’s home at 36 Blair Mill Road, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

The warrant was obtained after an investigation revealed heroin was being sold from the home, according to authorities. Task force members arrested Martinez, Cintron and Giordano at the scene after authorities said heroin bagged for distribution and U.S. currency was located at the home.
