Possible Rabid Raccoon spotted in Horsham

A mangy and sickly looking raccoon was spotted near Keith Valley Middle School (@Arundel and Meetinghouse) this morning.  Horsham Township police officer was called and did check around.  Nothing was found.  Horsham Township does not have an animal control officer, therefore residents are on their own and (unbelievably) advised to contract with pest control services.
