The following statement was shared on the Horsham Patch Boards:

Is this advertising?
Probably.  Is it legal?  Dunno.  It's on the public sidewalk, such as it is along 611.  Is it what we want to see?  Is Horsham a family community or a red-light district?  I suppose it's an uncomfortable mix of both, whether we like it or not.  Within a block of two places of worship and within half a mile of three schools is this "family friendly" (I was told when it opened) little novelty store, Spice 2night.  Here their charming (mascots?) entice trucks to blow their horns all afternoon.  Nice.  Family friendly, indeed.
