Shirley Keebler, 84, Worked at Gamburg's in Hatboro

Relatives and friends are invited to Keebler's viewing Thursday at Schneider Funeral Home in Hatboro and Friday at St. John Bosco Church in Hatboro, with funeral service to follow.

Shirley M. Keebler of Warminster passed away Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013. She was 84.

She was the beloved wife of John F. Keebler Jr., with whom she had shared 62 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late John and Jesse O'Hanlon.

Shirley worked for Gamburg's Furniture store in Hatboro for 26 years until retiring.

She had a passion for entertaining her family and hosting family gatherings that have held the family bond to this day. She enjoyed reading, painting, gardening and shopping. One of Shirley's best traits was being a good listener.

In addition to her husband, John, Shirley is survived by six children, John E., Michael C. (Rosemarie), Mark D., Timothy P. (Kathy), Thomas P. (Susan) and Sharon A. Musgreave (Scott); 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Kenneth O' Hanlon. Shirley was preceded in death by a brother, Donald O'Hanlon.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro, and again from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, in St. John Bosco Church, 215 E. County Line Road, Hatboro, and to attend her funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Her interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park Cemetery, Horsham Township.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Covenant House, 461 Eighth Ave. New York, NY 10001.
