Anna M. "Nancy" Goodwin, of Hatboro, 95

Anna M. "Nancy" Goodwin of Hatboro will be laid to rest on Friday.

Anna M. “Nancy” Goodwin of Hatboro died on Jan. 14. She was 95.

The beloved wife of the late Robert E. Goodwin with whom she had shared 49 years of marriage, Goodwin was born in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Edward P. and Cecilia (nee Nolen) Conlan.

She was a member of the Review Club of Montgomery County. Goodwin enjoyed spending summers in Cape May and Ocean City, was an avid reader, and player of Canasta and Scrabble.

Goodwin loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is survived by six children, Edward P. Goodwin and his wife Magdalena; Kathleen Thygeson and her husband William; Cecilia McAndrews and her husband Richard; Robert E. Goodwin, Jr.; Nancy A. Nelson; Mary Beth Dougherty and her husband Joseph; 16 grandchildren and 15 great- grandchildren.

Relatives and friends will be received on Friday after 10 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena, 321 Witmer Road, Horsham and are invited to attend her funeral mass at 11 a.m. Her interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Goodwin's memory may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 225 City Line Avenue, Suite #104, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
