Computer and Electronics Scrap Recycling this Weekend

A community computer and electronics Scrap recycling event will be held on Sept. 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The is sponsoring a computer and electronics scrap recycling event for Hatboro and Horsham residents. 

Recycling your electronics keeps dangerous materials such as lead, mercury, cadmium and chromium from being released into the environment.

Answering machines, batteries (car and truck), cables/wire, camcorders, CDs, DVDs, cell phones, CD players, computer equipment, computers, copiers, cords, networking equipment, pagers, PDAs, VCRs, word processors, keyboards, mice, household electronics, ink/toner, lab equipment, laptops, laptop batteries, mainframe equipment, media, modems, transparency makers, two-way radios, UPS power supplies, electronic games, scrap metals, remote controls, scanners, stereo components, stereos, tape players, telephones, telecom equipment, testing equipment, toasters, duplicators, DVD players, electronic typewriters, printers, monitors ($10 Fee for CRT)
