Cross the Finish Line

Working toward a 5K? Strength, pilates, and yoga will get you across the finish line.

Are you trying to increase your personal record for running? Do you find yourself running at the same speed and time every day without breaking through to the next level?

You might want to take time away from the track and head to the gym. Utilizing strength and conditioning moves will increase your speed on the race track. Cross training through weight training, yoga, and pilates will give you the edge you are looking for when running for speed or endurance.

In my Pilates Plus class, we utilize all three modes of exercise: weights, pilates, and yoga. This will increase overall strength and flexibility to give you the power for your endurance running program. Take a moment to read more about a well-rounded running program.
