Primary Election Food Drive Planned in Hatboro

The Hatboro Republican Organization is hosting a food drive on Primary Election Day, May 20.

When you go out to vote later this month at the Primary Election, bring along a can of food for those in need.

The Hatboro Republican Organization is hosting a food drive on Primary Election Day, May 20.

Voters can bring nonperishable food items and toiletries to their polling places from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Participating polling places include: St. John Lutheran Church; Crooked Billet School; Loller Building (Borough Hall); and Enterprise Firehouse.

Suggested food items for donation include canned fruits, canned vegetables, canned meats, chili, stew, cereal, canned pasta, soup, juice, baby food and more.

Toiletries and personal care items are also needed, including diapers, baby wipes, soap, laundry detergent and toothpaste.
