Impact is planning a birthday celebration for Dec. 3 at all three of our stores - in Hatboro, Montgomeryville and Norristown.
Customers will be able to select a discount from a hat - for up to 50 percent off total purchases. Prizes including gift baskets, gift certificates and cake will be given away. (It wouldn't be a celebration without cake after all!)
